Ah, same. I need to get into a regular habit of moving more.

…me me. The me who used to run, lift weights, have home gym equipment, and do fitness classes became a self-employed person who sits at a computer until today becomes tomorrow — with an inconsistent habit of walking. Not quite the recipe for abs of steel.
