Compared to the Standard American Diet, our usual diet is fairly healthy with plenty of whole food as we live in New Zealand with lots of fresh food available, so it wasn't as dramatic as it might be for other people. We did notice some small changes. My daughter said she felt better, less tired. I noticed we were more satisfied (full) overall and didn't have any of the usual cravings for things like sweets. We both lost a little bit of weight and had less bloating (although neither of us are overweight to begin with).
