Great article! Just one note: when people use the word attachment in psychology there are considered different types: secure attachment, avoidant attachment, anxious attachment for example. Healthy attachment (the secure kind) is what we want to aim for. People with an Anxious attachment style are clingy for example and those who are avoidant tend to actively push people they love away. Healthy attachment is formed in childhood but we can achieve it as adults too with work.
