I have had some nice success on Medium and while I would agree with most of your advice here, I always disagree with any "publish every day" advice. Good pieces often take time. They take weeks sometimes to mull over, get feedback on from your writing peers, add to/trim back, and research. I often see pieces and think it would be a lot better if the writer published once a week (a quality piece) rather than average pieces every day.
