I really don't like tipping culture.

… glass of wine. And this was me sitting at a bar counter where hardly any people were for a change. My friend asked me to tip 20% on top of this. I joked with her that my server should’ve just asked me how much to pour and I could save that tip…

I really don't like tipping culture. We don't have tipping in New Zealand. People just get paid a fair rate. Paying $24 for a glass and then a tip on top of that seems ridiculous.
