I'm at that stage of my life where I don't get much if anything at Christmas. I'm that mum now so I mostly do the giving. But I'm totally okay with that. I give myself a little gift (bought myself a book and some chocolate). Thank you for the gift of your thoughts on Christmas! It was an enjoyable read.
