It changes every time. Sometimes I write for a specific person, like a writer who asked a question, or my kids, or my past self. Most of the time, I write something I'm wanting to explore or understand. I can't always fully think things through without writing them down. Thanks for this piece, Livvy. It made me smile on a day I wasn't feeling very good.
