It is tough to find work sometimes. I researched for quite a while and found an area that was needed in my town (People were travelling 3 hours to get this service). Then I finished my studies so I could fill that role. I was very fortunate to be awarded a scholarship to study. It's still self-employment (like writing) but with my health that works well for me.
