My favorite family Christmas was a year my parents couldn't really afford gifts or a big dinner. My sisters and I were teenagers and my parents gave us $5 to buy one gift. We exchanged gifts (crazy glasses, silly putty, and a pair of underwear are the ones I remember) and took funny family photos. We'd had a hard year and it was one of my happiest moments as a teen.
