Really interesting. I was talking to my 10 year old today about smiling at people (he never does) and it being a way to show you are friendly. This made me wonder if the significant time wearing masks affected this. I'm grateful people did wear their masks here in New Zealand (I have an immune disorder), but it did mean no-one was smiling at each other for a significant period of time.
