Sleepovers are a big thing here in New Zealand but i decided early on my kids wouldn’t have sleepovers until age 10 and then only with certain people. I’m not worried about the ghost stories or supernatural (they’re not interested in either) but child abuse is very high here and often happens with friends brothers or even the friends themselves. Late overs are more fun often for kids than sleepovers anyway.
