Well, we added in chocolate and I added gluten free bread back in. I relaxed this month and didn't keep track of what we were eating too much because we ended up sick with Covid. Now that we're feeling better I want to take another look at it and decide what we add and what we leave out. I'm guessing it will be an ongoing process for most of us as we learn more.
